Healthy Chocolates

I'm a real snack lover! So it is always good for me to know that I still have such snacks in the fridge. Because that way I know I'm not sinning too much. Sure, these balls also have some calories because of the nuts, but these are "good" calories with lots of healthy fats, which do not harm my body as long as I consciously enjoy it. And let's be honest: Don't they look beautiful?

In my eyes they are definitely the best alternative to "real" chocolates. And they are always an eye-catcher. Personally, I like to bring it to evenings with friends or family parties, not only to impress, but also to show that not every candy has to be a sugar bomb.

When I tried the chocolates for the first time, I originally just threw the prunes in the blender because I don't like to eat them straight. I bought them at some point, but quickly realised that I didn't like them as a snack in between. In these chocolates they turned out to be a great addition, because they harmonize perfectly with the chocolate. Speaking of: You can top the chocolates with anything you like. My favourite version is definitely the chocolate cover!

You can keep them in the refrigerator for several days, as long as you are not as greedy as I am. If you like the recipe, I would be happy if you rate it, take pictures of it, link me on Instagram or whatever. Any feedback is super helpful. I wish you a nice day and say goodbye and let you read the recipe down below...

I really like muesli of the supermarket, but often I don't like the list of ingredients. Why do we need up to 50% sugar in it? I prefer to make my own. It's full of good ingredients that will keep you full for a long time and give your body a perfect start into the day. The recipe is not only extremely quick, but also contains very little sugar and is still fruity sweet. The fine cinnamon note rounds it all off perfectly.
