This Smoothie Bowl takes away all your worries in the morning! Or how do you say it? But in any case, this Smoothie Bowl is prepared incredibly fast and provides you with enough protein for the day.

I add a mixture of pea and rice protein to the smoothie bowl - whereby any other protein powder is also possible, of course. I just thought for a long time about what kind of protein powder I should buy and got stuck with these two types. With a mixing ratio of 3 units of pea protein and 7 units of rice protein all essential amino acids are covered. So I bought both sorts and simply mixed 30g pea protein and 70g rice protein into one glass. My problem with many vegan protein powders is that they have a lot of additives. And with this powder mixture you really only have the pure protein and no unpleasant aftertaste.

You could of course also leave out the protein powder, because it tastes just as good without. You can also vary the toppings according to your taste. Depending on what you are in the mood for.
