This High Protein Smoothie Bowl will sweeten your day, I promise! It's made super fast and tastes great. Because of the protein powder (you can take any one you like) this breakfast is also a perfect base for the training day.

Ingredients for 1 portion
Base:
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 100g raspberries frozen
- 100g plant drink
- 20g protein powder¹
- 5g psyllium²
Toppings:
- 15g goji berries
- 10g hemp seeds
- 10g flax seed
- 3g amaranth puffed
Preparation
- mix apple, banana, raspberries, protein powder, plant drink and psyllium in a mixer
- put toppings on top, ready
Remarks
¹ Here I used a mixture of pea and rice protein in a mixing ratio of 3:7.
² The psyllium seeds are optional. I like to add them to aid digestion.
