Tropical Semolina
Breakfast & Smoothies
Anyone can make classic semolina pudding. We prefer the tropical vegan variety! With coconut, mango, a few berries and chia seeds this semolina pudding tastes simply amazing and is a great change to a porridge. Whether cold or warm - it is the perfect summer breakfast.

Ingredients for 1 portion
- 200g coconut drink
- 200g water
- 50g spelt semolina or common wheat semolina
- 15g agave syrup
- 100g (TK) Mango
- 100g (frozen) Berry mix
- 10g chia seeds
- 10g coconut chips
Preparation
- bring coconut milk and water to the boil in a pot
- add the spelt semolina bit by bit while stirring and let it simmer on a low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring again and again
- add agave syrup
- leave to stand for a further 10 minutes and add some liquid if necessary
- topped with mango, berries¹, coconut chips and chia seeds
Remarks
¹ Frozen Berries, if you like, bring the berries to the boil briefly in another pot and crush them with a fork.
