Raspberry Almond Porridge

Nothing beats a good start into the day. The best thing about Porridge is that you can vary it, you can vary it as you like. I love the combination of banana, raspberry and almonds, so here is one of my favourite breakfast recipes.
Duration 15 minutes
Ingredients for 1 portion
Base:
- 1/2 banana
- 40g oat flakes
- 150g plant drink
- 100g water
- cinnamon
Toppings:
- 1/2 banana
- 80g raspberry chia jam
- 10g almonds
- 10g almond paste
Optional:
- 5g of flax seeds
- 10g goji berries
- 5g psyllium
Preparation
- crush half of the banana with a fork and heat it in a pot with oat flakes, plant drink, water, cinnamon and psyllium seeds until it has reached the preferred consistency (alternatively put it in the microwave)
- meanwhile, chop the almonds and cut the banana into slices
- fill porridge into a bowl and top with chopped almonds, almond paste, raspberry chia jam, flax seeds and goji berries
