These cookies are quickly made with few ingredients. You can prepare them perfectly as Meal Prep, because the next day they still taste great. The riper your bananas are, the sweeter the cookies taste, even though no white sugar is used. The sweetness comes only from the bananas.
Duration 10 + 15 minutes
Ingredients for 11 cookies
- 2 large bananas (here 190g)
- 120g oatmeal¹
- 50g almonds
- 15g ground flax seed (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 30g vegan dark chocolate chips²
Preparation
- preheat oven to 160°C circulating air
- put all ingredients in a blender, save 10g of the chocolate chips for topping
- form cookies with a spoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper, place the remaining 10g of chocolate chips on top
- bake on the middle shelf for about 15 minutes
- enjoy them warm or cold with a hot chocolate or anything you want
Remarks
¹ If necessary, use gluten-free oat flakes.
