Attention, attention - snaccident is calling! Who needs chocolate for the soul without it being a sin? These cookies are made from so many nutritious ingredients that are practically so good for your body. I personally love them and have always had to be very careful not to all of them eat at once. If you prefer a fruity version, you can of course exchange the chocolate and cocoa for dried fruit. These cookies will still taste amazing.
Duration 15 + 15 minutes
Ingredients for 14 cookies
- 100g ground almonds
- 80g whole almonds
- 85g dates
- 10g chia seeds
- 15g cocoa powder
- 60g plant drink
Optional:
- 20g vegan chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
Preparation
- preheat oven to 180°C circulating air
- put all ingredients in a blender and mix until everything is small but still has firm to bite
- form biscuits with a spoon, dipping the spoon in water from time to time so that the dough does not stick that much on the spoon
- bake for about 15 minutes on the middle shelf
