Quick, more quick, this recipe! Ready, set, go! This gnocchi mushroom pan is made really, really fast. You need few ingredients, especially few spices and still have a healthy lunch or dinner. Highly recommended.

Ingredients for 2 portions
- 400g vegan gnocchi
- 250g mushrooms
- 200ml vegan cooking cream (here: oats)
- 200g smoked tofu
- 1 tablespoon of oil (here: olive oil)
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 stalk of basil¹
- salt, pepper
- yeast flakes for topping (optional)
Preparation
- heat some oil in a frying pan, chop onion and garlic and fry them lightly in the pan
- in the meantime, slice the mushrooms and put them in the pan
- cut the smoked tofu into small cubes, chop the basil and also add it to the pan
- add cooking cream, cover the pan with the lid and simmer for 5 minutes
- add salt, pepper and gnocchi and simmer for another 3-4 minutes, ready!
Remarks
¹ Parsley is also very suitable, you have the choice.
